Définition :
Soit \(P\) la matrice de \(\operatorname{Id}_E\) dans les bases \(\mathcal B'_E\) et \(\mathcal B_E\)
On appelle \(P\) la matrice de passage de \(\mathcal B_E'\) à \(\mathcal B_E\)
Pour expliciter la matrice \(P\), on exprime chaque élément de \(\mathcal B_E'=(e'_i)_{1\leqslant i\leqslant n}\) dans les bases \(\mathcal B_E=(e_i)_{1\leqslant i\leqslant n}\), soit : $$P=\begin{pmatrix}a_{11}&a_{12}&\ldots&a_{1n}\\ a_{21}&a_{22}&\ldots&a_{2n}\\ \vdots&\vdots&\ddots&\vdots\\ a_{n1}&a_{n2}&\ldots&a_{nn} \end{pmatrix}\iff{{\begin{cases}e_1'=a_{11}e_1+a_{21}e_2+\ldots+a_{n1}e_n\\ e_2'=a_{12}e_1+a_{22}e_2+\ldots+a_{n2}e_n\\ \ldots\\ e_n'=a_{1n}e_1+a_{2n}e_2+\ldots+a_{nn}e_n \end{cases} }}$$
Proposition :
Pour \(x\in E,x=\sum^n_{i=1}x_ie_i\) et on note \(X=\operatorname{Mat}_{\mathcal B}(x)=\begin{pmatrix} x_1\\ \vdots\\ x_n\end{pmatrix}_{\mathcal B}\)
On a aussi \(\sum^n_{i=1}x'_ie'_i\) et on note \(X'=\operatorname{Mat}_{{\mathcal B}'}(x)=\begin{pmatrix} x'_1\\ \vdots\\ x'_n\end{pmatrix}_{{\mathcal B}'}\)
Alors $${{X}}={{P_{{\mathcal B},{\mathcal B}'}\times X'}}$$
